Project Summary
Natgas provided all project management, engineering design, fabrication, installation assistance and commissioining for a complete modular 20mmscfd Propane Refrigerationn Plant to be install at Nawara, Tunisia. Our experience project team and our technical personnel had executed projects in this geographic location in Tunisia in the past and were well aware of the region and its challenges.

Benin City, Nigeria LPG Plant 100mmscfd Phase-1
Purchase EPC - Awarded: February 2017
Project Summary
In early 2017 Natgas was awarded Phase-1 of the Oredo IGHF project, which involved the re-engineering & design of the existing 100mmscfd LPG Cryogenics Plant that was never installed and laid in storage at location for two years. Modifications had to be made for additional flow rates and also to complete the installation and commissioning. In late 2017 Natgas won Phase-2, which was the procurement of all the additional Low Pressure, Intermediate Pressure and High Pressure compression now needed, totaling 35,000HP.
Equipment & Services Provided
- Project & construction management of the local contractor working for our customer.
- Clean inspect & refurbish if needed, existing equipment including; compression, process piping, towers & vessels.
- Install all additional PLC controls, instrumentation and programming in new control room and MCC.
- Install all equipment and modules of the plant
- Commissioning, start up, training
- Procurement of commissioning and operating spare parts
Benin City, Nigeria Gas Compression 35,0000HP Phase-2
Purchase EPC - Awarded: October 2017
Project Summary
In late 2017 Natgas won Phase-2 of the Oredo IGHF project, which included the procurement for the additional Low Pressure, Intermediate Pressure and High Pressure compression needed totaling 35,000HP.

- New Compression Packages Totaling 35,000HP with the package type; Cat G3616-Ariel JGB4, Cat G3516-Ariel JGT4 & Cat G3512-Frick Screw HP, IP & LP Compressor Packages.
- New Murphy Controls Panel with Centurion Controller and Touch Screen.
- Included installation & tie-in to the plant, commissioning and trianing.
- Provide 2-Year Recommended Spare Parts.
